Located in the Banner Lake community of Hobe Sound, Florida, Dunbar Early Learning Center provides comprehensive childcare services and early learning for children of ages birth to 5 years old in a year-round, center-based program. Our highly trained teachers collaborate with parents to give children, including those with special needs, a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate educational experience. Dunbar is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Infants, 1 year-olds, 2 year-olds
Our infants (3:8 teacher to student ratio) and toddlers (3:12 teacher to student ratio) receive safe and developmentally enriching care under the close supervision of qualified adults, Our curriculum blends learning with play, helping children build confidence in their individual strengths and abilities.

BUTTERFLIES
Ages 4 and 5 year-olds
As our four-year-old children begin their final year at Dunbar, the emphasis turns to learning and preparing for a successful independent school experience. Our Butterflies program incorporates Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK), a program designed to prepare four-year-olds for kindergarten and build the foundation for their educational success.

TINY CUBS
Ages 3 and 4 year-olds
Three-year olds in our Tender Times & Tiny Cubs classrooms transition from a home-oriented environment to a group setting, where they experience hands-on learning in and out of the classroom. Life in Tender Times and Tiny Cubs offers many opportunities to learn and grow.
